Terms of Service

Last updated: June 21, 2026

1. Acceptance

By creating a Post-Pilot account or using any part of the service, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use Post-Pilot. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and ShadowRealm Network (“Post-Pilot,” “we,” “us”).

2. The Service

Post-Pilot provides AI-assisted social media content generation, scheduling, and publishing to connected third-party platforms via their official APIs. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You may not share your account or allow others to access it on your behalf without an Agency plan.
  • You must provide accurate information during registration and keep it up to date.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Post-Pilot to:

  • Publish spam, misleading, defamatory, or illegal content.
  • Violate any third-party platform's terms of service (including Meta, TikTok, Google, or YouTube).
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or circumvent any part of the platform.
  • Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code.
  • Harass, impersonate, or harm other users or third parties.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without refund.

5. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content you create and publish through Post-Pilot. By using the service, you grant Post-Pilot a limited license to store and transmit your content solely for the purpose of operating the service. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for any other purpose.

6. Third-Party Platforms

Post-Pilot connects to third-party platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Google Business) via their official APIs. We are not responsible for changes to those platforms' APIs, policies, or availability. You are responsible for complying with each platform's terms of service independently.

7. Billing & Refunds

  • Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance.
  • All paid plans include a 14-day free trial — no charge until the trial ends.
  • You may cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the billing period.
  • We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law.
  • Annual plans cancelled within 7 days of initial purchase are eligible for a full refund.

8. Disclaimers

Post-Pilot is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable for your business. You are responsible for reviewing all content before it publishes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Post-Pilot's total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [State], United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of Post-Pilot after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
